We provide individualized, in-home speech and language services to children throughout the New River Valley including Blacksburg, Radford, Christiansburg, Dublin, and surrounding areas. In addition to in-home services, we also offer sessions at our Galax, VA office. While our focus is pediatric care, we proudly welcome adult clients. We are in-network with most Medicaid plans, Anthem, Aetna, CareFirst, and Cigna. Private pay is also accepted.

Getting started with speech therapy is simple. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Free Consultation
We begin with a free phone or online consultation to understand your needs, goals, and concerns. We'll help determine if our services are the right fit for you or your child. Check out the services tab for more information about what we treat!
2. Personalized Evaluation
Next, we schedule a comprehensive speech and language evaluation. This helps us identify strengths and areas for improvement. From there, our SLP can create a customized therapy plan tailored to your child’s specific needs.
3. Therapy Sessions Begin
You’ll start one-on-one therapy sessions with our licensed speech-language pathologist. Sessions may be in-person or online, depending on your preference and location.
4. Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking
We keep you informed every step of the way. Progress is reviewed regularly, and therapy plans are adjusted as needed to ensure steady improvement.
5. Graduation & Maintenance
Once goals are met, we provide strategies for maintaining progress and offer optional check-ins to support long-term success.
